Game fatigue or gaming fatigue can happen to both casual and professional gamers. The symptoms for it are usually feeling tired, lethargic, irritable, getting pressured and emotionally drained. If you are the type of gamer that prefers to relax while playing games, choose either an indie game or a platformer type of game that doesn’t take that much energy from you and that doesn’t make you feel frustrated either. Play a type of game that doesn’t have a boss level that feels undefeated. Perhaps a simple game of solitaire on your desktop helps or some good old diner dash type of games.
Spending time with your family without having the need to go anywhere is also a greay way to relax. You can also play board games or card games with them or with your friends. After all, playing games with people in real life is different from playing with people online. Even spending time with your pets can make you feel better.
Grab your favorite and read it again. Try painting or get back into it if you’re on the creative side. Take cooking lessons or practice cooking in your kitchen, especially if you haven’t cooked in it for a while.

Give your body a chance to relax as well. Do some stretches, go jogging, do yoga or whatever that fits your lifestyle. Sitting on your gaming chair or on the bed for long hours can be tiring for your body too.
