Firefox 3.5 is now officially released. And everyone is so desperately looking for a way to upgrade. I was too. After googling for sometime i found that as of now there is no apt-get upgrade kind of stuff to upgrade to this newer version. But instead i tried ubuntuzilla, a python script. And it worked like a charm.

[Solved]Firefox not starting after updating Ubuntu 8.10 - Could not find compatible GRE error
If you have updated Ubuntu 8.10 recently, and after the completion of update, when you try to start firefox you would probably end up getting the following error message "Could not find compatible GRE between version 1.9b3 and 1.9b3". This is a small bug with the recent firefox updates. But there is an easy work around. Take a look.
